1．概述

本产品系以有机稠化剂稠化合成油，并加有抗氧、抗腐蚀等多种添加剂精制而成的高温润滑脂。

2．性能特点

5．用    途

本产品专为高温轴承设计,适用于大型化工厂的辅助锅炉旋转火咀轴承、塑料挤压机套筒轴承，裂解炉引风机、再生气压缩机等的高温轴承，拉伸拉幅机、热熔风机、热定型烘室、烘焙机、高温染色缸等高温下工作的较高转速的各种机械的滚动轴承和滑动轴承的润滑，以及高温环境下工作的齿轮、链条，离合器的润滑。

适用温度范围：-40℃～+200℃。

7．应用实例

本品在江苏、浙江、广东等地的印染企业热定型机高温风机轴承和调速丝杆上得到广泛使用；

某化工集团公司在大化肥装置的锅炉火嘴轴承（轴承温度超过200℃，转速10000rpm）上，使用本品替代进口脂，效果较好。

8．注意事项

l 勿与其他润滑脂混用，不同润滑脂之间可能会发生物理或化学反应导致性能大大下降；

l 使用后及时封盖以避免水分、灰尘等杂质的混入；

l 使用在与橡胶、塑料、油漆等非金属材料接触的润滑部位时，事先应进行材料相容性试验。

SINOPEC High Temperature Grease 7014-1 is manufactured from a synthetic fluid and a special nonsoap thickener. Its consistency is about NLGI No. 2. According to GB/T 7631.8-90 (ISO6743/9-1987), Grease 7014-1 can be classified as follow:L-XDGEA2.
