用途: (Application)

该机主要适用于针织布的磨毛工艺，也适用其他机织物、超细纤维织物及经编织物的磨毛工艺。同时按工艺要求配置刻花辊可以磨出各种花形。

This sueding machine is applicable to suede knitted,woven,superfine and warp-knitted fabrics.It also collocates with carving roller to suede various types of figures.

设备特点: (Characteristic)

一支磨毛辊高速旋转（φ350mm），并轴向游动，对织物表面接触磨擦，使之产生短而稠密的绒毛、具有柔软、细腻、手感舒适、丰满的特点，起到仿毛的效果。

Only one sueding roller(φ350mm) rotated with high speed while move back-and-forth slowly in the axial direction.So the fabrics achieves very soft handle with short and dense hairiness.
