　　本产品最大的特点是模块化设计，提供1-5辊配置选择，在用户现场就可以从双辊升级到多辊。

　　This series of flat work ironer come with unique modular design .The flatwork ironers are available in single (1)to quintuple (5)rollers to meet your ironing need .The model with double rollers configuration can be upgraded to triple or quadruple rollers.

　　整体厚板加工的钢性框架，平直的精拔管辊轴，即便是高速运行，布草和传送带也不会跑偏。

　　滚筒齿轮主传动与辊轴皮带副传动的精密配合，速度完全协调一致，提高了布草的熨烫整度。

　　传送带和指引带的独立“自紧张”机构，使得布草受压更均匀，行走更顺畅。

　　滚筒逐级差速度设计，有效消除皱纹;变频无极调速，运行平稳，并可直观地显示工作速度。

　　每个滚筒均独立配置了一套高性能的进口疏水阀，提高了工作可靠性并节省能耗。

　　Machine frame made of thick metal plate folded into heavy duty structure .The transport rollers are made of quality pipe evenly drawn to size in straight length .It facilitates fast rotation without belt side tracking.

　　Iroing rollers are driven by gear sprockets which are in synchronism with conveyor belts and lead belts rollers to give a good flat work ironing finish .

　　Conveyor belts and lead belts are with self tension features which give a good and smooth flatword finishing.

Ironing rollers are with differential rotating speed which removes the wrinkles on the linen effectively.Variable frequency drive control system allows smooth acceleration and deceleration of main drive motor ,results in smooth operation of the ironer with high efficiency.
