合金电阻又被称为合金采样电阻,电流取样电阻,电流检测电阻,因为其阻值范围在10mΩ~100mΩ之间,业内也把这种电阻称为毫欧电阻。英文一般译为Sampling resistor,Current sensing resistor。电阻主要材料为铜,再加上其他的材料就成了康铜,锰铜等。其他辅助材料众多,但主要性能由合金材料本身决定。通俗的讲合金贴片电阻就是一个贴片采样电阻阻值较小的电阻,串联在电路中用于把电流转换为电压信号进行测量。
合金电阻作为电流载体:阻值精准,温度稳定性,产品的安全性,稳定性明显高于普通的陶瓷电阻,同时由于合金金属的导电率强导热性好,因此阻值通常可以很轻松达到0.5~200mΩ,同时也能达到很大的功率,所以常常用于电路中大电流的采样。用于 反馈电路中变化的电流,以便进一步地控制或影响电流的变化。 主要用到的产品如:电池保护板,电源类,变频器,灯具,电机等。
