●结构特点
1、HSND系列三螺杆泵由特殊形状螺旋型面构成，是一种先进的容积泵。工作时，主动螺杆在原动机的带动下转动，
其运动的密封腔室把液体由进口吸入并沿轴向连续无脉动的输送到出口。在整个输送过程中，由于密封腔的体积没有发生变化，
对所输送的介质不压缩，因此该泵运行平稳，噪音低、振动小，流量也稳定；
2、主、从动螺杆采用轴向低压平衡。主、从动螺杆在运转中处于受拉状态，因而螺杆不易变形；从动螺杆由液压力驱动旋转，
主、从动螺杆间无接触，因此螺杆无磨损；
3、泵体为双层结构，夹层可以通加热介质对泵内介质进行加热保温；
4、泵进出口方向可根据用户要求进行变换，有后进上出（基型）、上进上出、左进上出、右进上出等等（详见代号说明），便于用户现场配管。
5、产品结构简单，机械效率高，维修方便，自吸能力强，使用寿命长；
● 停车
1、 出口装有止回阀的泵出口切断阀可以保持敞开，否则要关闭。
2、 关闭电机开关，确认泵是否平稳地停下来。
3、 关闭进口阀门
4、 必须确保泵切断电源后没有反转，否则泵将高速反转，导致单向旋转的机封损坏。
●卡泵原因及处理
1.检查三螺杆泵是否充液吸入管漏气。
2.检查滤器，如破损应修复。
3.检查螺杆和衬套要卡的迹象，修平或换件。
4.检查密封箱到吸入腔的回油孔是否被堵。
5.检查是否由于高温介质失去润滑性。
6.检查介质的粘度与配套的三螺杆泵名牌规定是否相符。
7.检查三螺杆泵密封箱是否漏油，漏油就要跟换机械密封或石棉垫等泵元件。
8.检查泵的进口和管道是否有焊渣
●概述
HSND系列三螺杆泵是我公司根据市场需求，并按国家标准GB/T10886-2002<<三螺杆泵>>的规定自行开发研制的三螺杆泵。用于润滑性液体：
如机械油、润滑油、重油、渣油；低润滑性液体：如轻柴油、重柴油、含蜡稀油；粘性液体：如各种合成橡胶液和人造胶液、乳化液。
适用温度≤150℃、压力≤4.0Mpa。
HSND系列三螺杆泵在供热设备中用做燃油泵、燃油供应和输送泵；在机械工业中用做液压、润滑和遥控马达泵；
在化学石油和食品工业中用做装载、输送和供液泵；在船舶上用做输送、增压、燃油喷射和润滑油泵以及船用液压装置泵。

●结构特点
1、HSND系列三螺杆泵由特殊形状螺旋型面构成，是一种先进的容积泵。工作时，主动螺杆在原动机的带动下转动，

● 停车
