产品特点及用途：
根据聚乙烯加工性能设计生产的环保型阻燃母粒,与PE 塑料混合后加入，可
以解决PE 挤出、拉丝、吹膜成型的制品阻燃问题。具有用量低，阻燃效果好、
高耐温、无析出、符合欧盟ROHS、WEEE 环保指令要求等优点。主要推荐用于PE树脂中，比如生产圣誔树、安全网、板材、薄膜、帐篷、人造仿真假草叶等。
Product use:
The environmentally friendly flame retardant master-batch which produced according
to the PE-processing performance, can be added after mixed with PE plastic , can
solve the flame retardant problems of PE extrusion, injection , blown film molding
and so on. It has many advantages, such as low dosage, effective flame retardant, high
temperature performance, low precipitation, and in line with the EU ROHS, WEEE
directive requirements of environmental protection .It mainly recommended for PE
resin, also can be used in the production of cables, pipes, sheets, film, tents, and other
man-made simulation of Leaves of Grass

操作注意事项：
阻燃母料在螺筒中长时间滞留，会分解挥发，短时间内会变黄，长时间后会
变黑并产生刺激性气体。因此，间歇生产或停机,需要彻底清理螺筒并用不含阻
燃母粒的塑料加以填充。阻燃母粒本身含水率极低并且不易吸湿无需烘干。阻燃
抗静电型产品容易吸湿结团，需要在80℃的温度下烘干半小时。
