单轴粉尘加湿搅拌机主要用于电力、冶金等行业的多管除尘、电除尘、重力除尘等及其它亲水性好、粘性较差物料的排放处理。通过本机的搅拌加湿,使于料变为均匀而潮湿的物料,彻底避免了卸料和运输过程中产生的二次扬尘问题。
1.工作原理
本设备安装在灰库、灰斗下部,由叶轮给料机把干灰均匀地输入到机内,通过旋转的带螺旋叶片的棘轮把干粉灰搅拌打散,同时加入适量的水进行强制混合,并将达到预定湿度的混合料推向出料口排出,达到加湿排放避免二次物尘的目的。
2.结构与性能特点
本设备由均匀给料、叶片输送及混合击打加湿系统组成,本机输送部分采用片状结构,而混合击打部分则采用齿棒与叶片的交错布置结构,使该部分在具备输送功能得同时,巧妙解决了搅拌问题(该结构已获国家专利,专利号ZL97244257.X)其主要部件(搅拌棒与叶片)均采用了特殊耐磨防腐材料使其工作寿命可以大幅度提高,同时该设备还具结构简单,密封良好,处理量大,搅拌扭矩大等特点。
