上粉率低，喷涂面积小，重金属含量高等问题一直困扰着粉末涂料行业，玉峰粉体材料有限公司针对以上之需要，组织化工部和机械部经过多年的联合研发，生产出粉末涂料专用填料高光碳酸钙和消光碳酸钙，使粉末界同仁生产“两高一低”粉末涂料（即高上粉率、高喷涂面积、低重金属含量）之愿望成真，具有划时代的意义。

三、测试方法
1、以英国MALVERN公司MASTERSIZER雷射粒径分析仪测定。
2、由雷射分析仪表得粒径分布累计百分比之中间值。
3、以湿试法将1000g的试样放在324MESH的筛纲过滤，计算其残留比例。
4、用API STD 13A之规范测试。
5、放5g试样在20c.c有刻度的量筒中，从5cm高度自然落下100次后之测定值。
6、用SARHORIUS MA30型号水份仪测试。用滴定测试法。
7、JIS-K510法加入DOP滴定直至饱和状态时测定。
8、以意大利HANNA公司之HI8520型PH计测定。
9、将15g的试样放在100cc的附栓量筒中，加水至100CC激烈摇动后使其静止1小时后测
10、以美国PHOTOVOLT公司所生产之MODEL型光电管白度机测定。
