Screwed glands tester SG-1

产品概述：本装置是根据GB2099.1-2008第24.6条款、GB7000 .1 :4.12.5条款、IEC60598.1:4.12.5、IEC884-1第24.6条款要求设计制造，用于检验灯具螺纹密封压盖扭矩强度的专用试验装置。
本装置配有4-40mm不锈钢棒各一条，15N、20N、25N、30N和40N的砝码各一个，能满足大多数灯具螺纹密封压盖的试验要求。
圆盘直径：250㎜。

 

Products Information
Product details:Model SG-1. The device is used to check screwed glands，and conform to the IEC60598-1 clause 4.12.5.
Screwed glands shall be fitted with a cylindrical metal rod having a diameter equal to the nearest whole number of millimetres below the internal diameter of the packing. The glands shall then be tightened by means of a suitable spanner, the moment shown in following Table being applied to the spanner for 1 min.
