新型梯边式电缆桥架设备

一、设备概述

     本设备一次完成护栏板板材的放料、校平、冲孔、成型、切断等工艺。设备由双锥式被动放料机、校平部分、冲孔部分、成型部分、切断部分、全自动收料部分等部件组成。

本设备是生产二波和三波护栏板的专用机组；

备由放料架、矫平装置、2台液压冲孔装置（其中一个冲孔装置冲制板材联接孔，另一组为冲制板材中间加强孔）、辊压成型机、液压切断装置、全自动收料机、电控系统、液压系统等组成。

     整线成型主驱动采用一个减速电机加变频控制，速度控制、定长、定位控制准确可靠。

二、技术参数

  1、加工工件厚度： 3mm-4.0mm（材料：Q235）

  2、轧制带钢宽度400~750mm

  3、材质要求：Q235冷轧板
