GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This is an one component ,neoprene contact adhesive/scalant. Substance like metals ,rubbers , plastics , leathers and wood can use it to adhere each other .It has been widely applied in the electrical , speaker , shoes ,furniture and construction industries.
PROPERTLES OF UNCURED MATERIAL (@25℃)
1. Appearance :??????????? pale red transparent liquid
2. Viscosity?? :?????????? 8,000-10,000cps
3. Shelf? Life :?????????? 12 months (but do not keep it under vacuum condition)
4. Gel Time?? :??????????? 25℃/ 30mins
5. Curing Time :?????????? 100℃/10-15mins.
PROPERTLES OF CURED MATERIAL (BE CURED AFTER 24HOURS)
1. H . D . T :????? 95℃---100 ℃?
2. Tensile Lap Shear Strength :
?? Rubber---Rubber : 4.5Kgs ;?????????? PVC----PVC? : 5.0Kgs

3. Resistance to lubricating oils , fuels , solvents , refrigerants and water .
NOTE :
1. Keep in a cool dry place ,avoid moisture and sun shine directly to keep long using.
2. Avoid contact of the skin ,eyes and clothes ; in case of contact ,just wash with soap and water immediately .
