东易门业有健全和完善的售后服务体系。我们本着客户满意是衡量质量的唯一标准，坚持“客户至上”的原则，最大限度地满足客户的需求。
1.售后服务中心在接到客户保修信息后，应及时落实产品的型号、存在的问题以及现场地点和客户的联系方式等，并安排最及时、有效的解决方式，满足客户要求。
2.在维修现场，售后人员要全力进行修复，同时要指明问题所在，进行衡量分析。属于用户安装、操作所造成的问题，要给予技术指导，并提出相应的赔偿要求，在得到客户理解和支持下，协助客户妥善处理好相关的问题。
3.属于设计或客户原因造成订货有误，需更换产品或退货时，我方要全力协助支持，但要视具体情况酌情收费。
4.服务中心人员接到服务指令后，应及时赶赴现场服务。做到本市客户当天解决问题；外地客户500公里以内24小时内到现场；1000公里以内48小时内到现场；1000公里以外72小时内到现场。现场服务结束后服务人员要认真填写售后服务维修单，并请客户签署意见或提出建议。
5.做到有问2小时必答，有求2天必到。到人必定解决问题。
