PVC波浪瓦押出机(单层,双层,多层)
l 螺杆采用特殊混料功能及高塑化能力设计，确保物料稳定的高速押出。超静的多翼式散热风机，配合全不锈钢独
立封闭式机筒外罩，具备优良的通风散热性能。
l 押出模具采用特殊的双节流设计，大宽度厚薄调整更为精准。
l 配置双流道液压快换确保换网快捷，保持生产连续性。
l 高精度三辊压光机确保制品平整光滑。
l 开合式红外线导热预处理机，确保成型前整体受热工艺要求及快速操作性。
l 同步组合式成型装置，确保快速成型、准确。
l 双辊式牵引机配合精密边料分切及边料收卷装置，确保运行稳定。
l 特殊设计的双边式合金刀片式切割装置，切断快速平整。

●Screw is designed specially for ideal material mixing function and high plasticization ability so as to ensure stable high-speed extruding output. Equipped with Noiseless electric air blower and stainless steel barrel cover that guarantee fine ventilation and cooling function.
● Extruding die adopts special double-throttle design so the width and thickness size can be precisely adjusted.
●Equipped with double flowing channel hydraulic fast screen changer that ensure the screen can be changed quickly so as to keep non-stop production.
●High-precision three-roller calendars stack ensure the smoothness of product surface.
●Open-close style infra-red pre-heater ensures heat requirement before molding and fast operation.
●Synchro combined molding device ensures precise and fast molding.
Double-roller haul-off system works with scrap cutting and windering device ensure stable operation.

SJW系列塑料波形瓦挤出生产线配以相应的成型模具，可连续生产各种波形塑料瓦，本机由主机、平模定型牵引切割装置、堆料装置等组成。优点：采用衣架式平板机头，配以气动开合的定型模使成型更为可靠；波瓦的厚度调整极为方便；采用与塑料瓦波形一致的橡胶牵引辊，使牵引特别平稳；斜刃自动切割，切口更为平整，可按需定长自动切割。
新近开发设计的PVC芯层发泡塑料瓦在原单层PVC波浪瓦生产线基础之上加以更新、改进，其生产的发泡波浪瓦在成本上大大减少，该设备性能更好，质量更高，结构上也更趋紧凑合理。此外，更换部分部件，可生产PVC透明瓦，透光率可达85%。
