这是一种传送式UV固化装置，广泛用于手机外壳、薄膜开关、电子塑胶外壳UV表面漆涂装；用于在固化电子元件、液晶片、端子胶封、手机组件粘合、塑胶组件粘合及LCD等。

1)配置2套UV光源系统，根据生产需要开启灯管数量。
2)进口铁氟龙输送网带，精工制作，运行平稳，无噪音。
3)调速电机及调速器，输送带无级调速，可视生产情况调速输送速度。
4)聚光型设计，进口高聚光反光灯罩，瞬时干燥，速度特快。
5)UV灯罩的光照高度可调整。
6)UV灯管的工作电流可通过外示表针显示，有效掌握UV系统的工作状态。
7)热量通过排热系统可排出室外，同时有效保护生产工作环境。
8）机体封闭、不漏光，低温固化。
