双筒磁选机 双筒湿式磁选机
TCWS2T系列双筒湿式磁选机是顺流半逆流组合机型，矿石经料仓通过导料糟进入顺流磁筒磁场区，非磁性矿粒和磁性很弱的矿粒由顺流磁筒下方的间隙排出，磁性矿物被吸附在磁筒表面一起旋转进入半逆流磁筒的料糟，通过导料糟进入磁筒底部料糟，依靠高压水将矿石浆喷射到磁筒底部给矿区，矿物呈松散悬浮状态进入磁场区，强磁性矿物受到磁场力的作用下，沿着磁筒旋转到达精矿区进入精矿料糟，上级夹带的非磁性矿物和磁性弱的矿粒顺水流入尾矿区进入尾矿料糟，达到分选的目的。该系列湿式顺流半逆流磁选组合机得到较高的精矿质量和回收率，但入选粒度小，一般粒度在0—0.5mm。
适用范围
1．对磁铁矿、磁赤铁矿、钛磁铁矿、磁黄铁矿、锌铁尖晶石等矿石的分选。
2．适用于粉状物料中剔出磁性杂质和提纯磁性材料，在冶金、化工、烟道灰、炉渣等也得到了广泛的应用。
Double-tube Wet Magnetic Separator
The type of TCWS2T series wet magnetic separator is a combined type of both parallel flow and half-reverse flow, ores flow into magnetic field from feed bin through stock groove, non-magnetic ores and ores with weak magnetism are expelled from the gap at the bottom of parallel-flow magnetic tube, the magnetic ores are attached onto the surface of magnetic tube, and spin along the surface to flow into trough at the bottom of magnetic cylinder from feed bin through stock groove, make use of high pressure water to spray ores’ thick iquid into mining area at the bottom of magnetic cylinder, the minerals will go into magnetic field under the status of suspension. Magnetic minerals will spin along the magnetic cylinder to arrive at the concentrate area when they are acted on the magnetic force. Non-magnetic minerals and minerals with weak magnetism will flow into gangue area, and then enter into gangue groove, finally realize the separation. This kind of wet magnetic separator can get the concentrates with high quality and realize the high recovery, but the chosen granularity is small, usually from 0mm to 0.5mm.
Scope of Application:
1. To separate the ores such as magnetite, magnetic hematite, titanic magnetite, magnetic pyrite, franklinite and so on.
2. It is suitable to separate magnetic impurity from powdery materials and purify magnetic materials, and it is also widely used in the fields of metallurgy, chemical industry, flue dust, slag and so on.
