4头油类灌装设计，如机油、食品油等，整机PLC控制系统、304#不锈钢制造，符合食品卫生要求，整条生产线半自动生产和进行全自动生产，整条生产线包括送瓶机、灌装机、放盖机、全自动放内塞压内塞，放外盖轧外盖、灯检、套瓶子口收缩标等，对客户的特殊需要进行设计制造，更加符合客户端和各类产品需求！
一、4头油类灌装设计，料箱半圆形设计装置，不留死角；
二、人性化设计，便于清洗保养；
三、所有气动原件采用知名品牌，经久耐用；
四、日本三菱控制系统；
五、灌装精度：小于1%；
六、灌装量100毫升-5000毫升可调，可以根据客户端要求设计灌装量；
可以实行整条生产线全自动化，可加上装箱系统工程设计；
4-head oil filling line
It is special designed for filling oil products, widely apply to various types oil, such as fluid, semi-fluid, paste and viscous.
It has 4 filling heads, controlled by PLC, made of SUS304# stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standard, can produce automatically or semi-auto. The line includes bottle feeding, filling, cap feeding, capping, lamp examining, and heat shrinker. It also can be made as customized to meet special requirement.
1. The hopper is semi-round, no dead corner.
2. Human-based design, convenient to clean and maintain.
3. All pneumatic appliances are famous brand, long service life.
4. The control system is Mitsubishi.
5. Filling precision: less than 1%
6. Filling range: 100ml-500ml adjustable, can be designed as customer’s demand.
