GT-12Y全自动柱塞式油类液体灌装机，是我公司适应市场需求，引进国外先进技术开发之新产品。
该机采用316不锈钢柱塞式计量泵执行灌装，根据使用厂家实际生产量，可选择不同灌装头数和泵体规格，并能方便地同全自动放盖 旋盖机、铝铂全自动封口机等联动生产线，广泛应用于制药、农药、化工、机油、食品油、化妆品等行业的液体包装，完全符合GMP规范要求。
特 点:
（1）采用柱塞式计量泵执行灌装，灌装精度高，泵的结构采用快接式拆卸机构，便于清洗、消毒。
（2）适用低粘稠液体和水剂灌装，精度高.
（3）柱塞式计量泵活塞环材质根据行业及液体成分的不同采用不同材质，特殊场合采用陶瓷材质。
（4）日本PLC控制系统，变频调速，自动化程度高。
（5）可一次调整全部计量泵的填充剂量，也可针对每个计量泵进行微幅调整；操作简便，调整快速。
（6）灌装针头设计有防滴漏装置，无滴漏，潜入式灌装，防止起泡。
（7）整机可适用不同规格的瓶子，调整简便，可在短时间内完成

This automatic plunger-style liquid filling machine is a new product of our company based on the advanced technology of other countries. This machine uses SUS316# stainless steel plunger-style metering pump to fill, and it can use different filling heads to meet customers’ production demands, Besides, it can also link to other capping machines in the production line. It takes up only a little room, economical and practical, widely used for filling liquids in industries like pharmaceuticals, pesticides, chemicals, food, cosmetics, etc. It is in full compliance with the GMP requirements.
