USES:is widely used in the production of steel for its oxides are low melting point, easy-to-floatation, and large granules. Now, manganese-silicon is an essential compound deoxidizer and alloy introducer; moreover, manganese-silicon containing 1.9% or less of carbon is the semi-product of low carbon ferromanganese and metal manganese in electro-silicothermic process.
