OTR’s “High Bead Ratio ™” (HBR) tires offer a low sidewall design which has much less deflection and uses and average of 30% less foam fill. HBR tires are available in several styles and stead tread patterns. 聚氨酯填充 (液态填充)的使用背景
轮胎是各种车辆必不可少的载重部件之一。根据轮胎工作原理的不同,有充气轮胎和实芯轮胎之分,后者主要用于工厂、 仓库、 码头等领域使 用的叉车、 电瓶车和起重车辆。
对于各种充气轮胎,虽然在承载允许范围之内具有非常好的舒适性、缓冲性和较高的行驶速度等,但在废弃物回收厂,码头,建筑工地…等特殊条件下,轮胎往往容 易被刺穿而导致漏气,造成误工及财产损失,因此 在一些采矿、 土木建筑等场所利用橡胶实芯轮胎 来代替充气轮胎。普通橡胶实芯轮胎 ,虽然具有 较高的载荷性能,但缓冲性能差,行驶速度低,通常只能在 15km/ h 以下使用。
采用低硬度聚氨酯弹性体填充普通充气轮胎,由于填充材料硬度一般只有邵氏A10~20 度,故这种轮胎不仅具有实芯轮胎的特点,而且缓冲性能好,载重量大,具有 类似于充气轮胎的减振性能,可用于较高速度行驶(速度高达80km/ h) 。
