公司年生产不锈钢冷拨、冷轧无缝钢管2.5万吨，年产值超过18亿元人民币。公司可按 GB/T14975-2002 、 GB/T14976-2002、GB/T13296-91、ASTM、DIN、JIS等标准或技术协议执行生产。
公司拥有英国进口直读光谱仪、超声波探伤、涡流探伤、低温冲击试验、水压试验机等先进的检测设备，从原材料到生产工艺到检验检测方法都进行严格、有效的控制。按标准规定要求，对来料到成品的化学成分进行分析，严格控制材料关，对成品的力学性能、化学性能逐项进行测试，以及涡流、超声波无损检测，保证产品质量。产品检验和试验合格，出具产品质量证明书，保证客户使用满意、放心的产品。
Juxings inspection center is equipped with advanced inspection equipment such as British direct reading spectrograph,ultrasonic flaw detector,eddy current flaw detector,low temperature impact test and hydraulic test etc.
Strictly and effectively control is carried out from the raw materials,production technology to the inspection and testing methods.tests for mechanical performance and chemical performance of finished products are carried out ,as well as eddy current and ultrasonic non-destructive flaw detection,so as to guarantee product quality.
After the product is inspected and tested to be qualified,product certificat is provided to ensure that satisfactory and reliable products are provided to customers.
