硅橡胶涂覆玻璃纤维布Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Cloth
星杰硅橡胶涂覆玻璃纤维布是以耐高温、防腐、高强的玻璃纤维布，经有机硅橡胶压延或浸渍而成，是一种高性能、多用途的复合材料新产品。
主要特点：
l 用于低温-70℃到高温280℃之间。保温性能好。
l 耐臭氧、氧、光及气候老化，野外使用耐候性优良，寿命可达10年。
l 具有高绝缘性能，介电常数3-3.2,击穿电压20-50KV/MM。
l 耐化学腐蚀性能好；抗油，防水〔可擦洗〕。
l 强度高；既柔软又有韧性，可剪裁加工。
应用方案：
l 电气绝缘：硅胶布具有较高的电绝缘等级，可承受高电压负荷，可制成绝缘布、套管等产品。
l 非金属补偿器：硅胶布可作管道的柔性连接器件，它可以解决热胀冷缩对管道的破坏，硅胶布具有较
高的耐温性，防腐性，抗老化性能，弹性及柔性良好，可广泛应用于石油，化工，水泥，能源等领域。
l 防腐方面：硅橡胶涂覆玻璃纤维布，可作为管道，储蓄的内外防腐层，防腐性能优良，强度高，是一
种理想的防腐材料。
l 其他领域：硅橡胶涂覆玻璃纤维膜结构材料可应用于建筑密封材料，高温防腐输送带，包装材料等领域。
Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Cloth
Xingjie Fiberglass Cloth with silicone rubber coated is constructed from a fiberglass base cloth and impregnated or coated with a specially compounded silicone rubber on one side or both sides, which enhanced the strength, fireproof, high temperature insulation ozone, oxygen, sun, weather and oil workability.
Properties:
Service Temperature:-70℃ ～ 300℃.
（1）Ozone, oxide, light and weathering aging resistance, excellent weatherability. (service life up to 10 years for outdoor use)
（2）High insulation ; dielectric constant 3～3.2,breakdown voltage from 20～50KV/mm.
（3）Physical and chemical properties.
Applications:
（1）Serve as a welding defender, heat protection quilt,, foundry splash protection.
（2）Conveyor belt and expansion joints.
（4）Electrical insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, packing material.
