一、发卡子系统
初始化的工作就是对卡片内的存储空间按照公交IC卡收费系统的设计进行划分,然后将系统密钥按照一定的算法进行变换写入卡内,从而使这张卡片能够在公交IC卡收费系统中使用。
卡片初始化时通过系统密钥对卡片各个扇区进行加密,写入卡片的信息有城市代码、卡类型等。
卡片初始化操作在IC卡管理中心完成。初始化完成之后,卡片数据直接存入中心数据库中的发卡表中。卡信息包括发卡时间,卡号,城市代码,卡类,有效期等。
二、售卡充值子系统
售卡充值点共有以下几类数据:售卡数据、充值数据、年检数据、退卡数据、补卡数据、挂失数据、解挂数据等。
售卡充值点售卡,产生售卡数据,售卡数据先保存于充值点的本地数据库的售卡表中。每天售卡充值工作结束,进行数据上传,将售卡数据传送到中心服务器的中心数据库中,并存放在中心售卡表。每个售卡充值点在每天下班都要结算,结算时把要将当天的售卡信息上传到中心数据库的结算表中。
售卡充值点分为联机点、脱机点及移动充值点。所谓联机点,是指售卡充值计算机和中心服务器通过网络联接,它一般设在与管理中心距离较近的地方,同时作为乘客服务中心。脱机售卡充值点是指:售卡充值点的计算机和中心服务器平时没有固定联接,只在数据上传时进行拨号联接。移动充值点是指在售卡充值点充值,产生充值数据,并保存于充值点的本地数据库的充值表中。每天售卡充值工作结束,进行数据上传,将充值数据传送到中心服务器的中心数据库中。
每个售卡充值点在每天下午都要结算,结算时将当天的充值信息上传到中心数据库的结算表中。
年检由售卡充值点进行操作,产生年检数据,先存于售卡充值点中的本地库的年检表中,每天下班后把数据上传到中心数据库的中心年检表中。
每天每个售卡充值点都要从中心下载黑名单,从中心的黑名单表中导出黑名单数据,传送到每个售卡充值点并导入售卡充值点本地库的黑名单表中。
由于联机售卡充值点通过网络与中心服务器直接联接,所以联机售卡充值点可以直接访问中心数据库,并进行以下操作:
挂失:乘客卡丢失,乘客提出挂失申请,根据乘客购卡时提供的身份证明,可以查询出乘客卡的卡号,然后对该卡进行挂失,产生黑名单记录存于黑名单表中。
退卡:乘客提出退卡申请,办理乘客卡退卡,产生一条退卡记录和一条黑名单记录。分别存于退卡表和黑名单表中。
补卡:卡丢失或损坏,乘客提出补卡申请,为乘客办理补卡,产生一条补卡记录存于补卡表中。
Overview of charging by sectors function: every vehicle is equipped with a sectionalizer specially used by bus; after the passenger got on, the diver asks he/she about his/her terminal, and enters the amount needs to be deducted manually with the passenger’s confirmation, then the passenger punches the card. (Note: If the diver asks the passenger’s terminal, he/she can also enter the starting station and the terminal station into the sectionalizer, and the bus charging machine will also deduct the amount through automatic calculation, and then the passenger punches the card after confirmation)
Overview of fixed amount charging function (that is one ticket system charging): install IC card charging machine besides the coin box or next to the nearby railing (armrest), and it will deduct fees when the passenger getting on and punching the card; if this bus’s entire journey only charges 2 Yuan (the amount can be set freely), 2 Yuan will be deducted for once card punching (assuming there are 100 Yuan amount inside IC card, 2 Yuan will be reduced after punching, then the card’s balance will by 98 Yuan).
IC card’s automatic charging function: the on-vehicle machine supports ordinary card, student card, love card (adapted for the elderly, the disabled and other special people), staff card, driver card and dozens of types of public transportation IC cards, and supports the electronic wallet, monthly ticket and other many ways of consumption, for the wallet consumption, different discount fares can be set according to different cards types; during the passengers’ consumption, a variety of voice prompts, text display and lighting tips will appeared.
Complete card punching records: the successful card punching records card number, card punching time, the amount of consumption (or frequency), the balance, consumer types and so on in the on-vehicle machine, and records the uncompleted card punching processing or cards listed in the blacklist for future balance account’s data reference.
Parameter setting function: on-vehicle machine’s terminal machine number, fare, card type’s using permissions and others can be set in convenient and safely.
Time collating function: on-vehicle machine can collate time directly through the collector.
Blacklist processing function: the system-generated blacklist can be downloaded to the on-vehicle machine which has the capacity of storing 91.88 million items of blacklists through the collector. If the passenger holds IC card which has been blacklisted to consume, the on-vehicle machine will alarm and prohibit the card’s consumption automatically. For the passenger cards with blacklist mark, the on-vehicle machine will prohibit their using.
Automatic statistics of the operating income: the on-vehicle machine has the automatic statistical function of the car drivers’ operating income, and it can count the operating income after the driver or conductor punched card to sign for work to this diver or conductor; the diver or conductor can query his/her operating income situation when he/she is on duty through punching the card.
V. U disk data acquisition
1. Main function parameters
Mainly used for collecting the original transaction detailed data inside the on-vehicle charging machines and uploading the data to the system management center; download and eliminate the loss report blacklist, clock collating, terminal machine number settings, etc.
2. Simple and convenient operation: Insert the U disk, then all operations are performed automatically, shown as the following: U disk has been inserted→ new acquisition files are under establishment → acquisition is completed→ EMS memory is format recoded→ format EMS memory is completed→ sectors are set→ sectors setting is completed → update of blacklist is completed →parameter table is downloaded → download of the parameter table is completed→ pull out U disk.
VI. Recharging point
Recharging points can be divided in to two types
Type I, networked recharging points:
System carries out distributed management to the recharging points through the Internet, firstly the Public Transport Company sets up a server to store the data on the server, and other branches of the recharging points implement the card issuance, recharging and selling to customers through access to the database on Internet; the recharging points can be generally set in the bank (cooperate with the Bank), or other Public Transport branch station or specially set recharging points.
Advantages: Real-time data synchronization and easy management.
Type II Mobile recharging points: carry out recharging for the passengers through the mobility of the POS machines.
