模头采用双流道结构， 上下模唇可调节、拆卸，弹性微调设计可使制品壁厚误差±3%以内，芯棒内部装有气体分流杆，能独立均匀调节各区气体流量。模头与挤出机、配套定型模等辅机用于生产PC、PC+UV、PP单层、多层格子板、米字型、X型、六角形、蜂窝状等各种形状中空板材，厚度2-45mm。
