ZH-180水平式全自动水粉两用袋包机（粉体、颗粒充填装置）
本机可用于各种热封性的多层复合膜材料的包装。自动完成成型、制袋、充填、打码和封口等包装工艺。本机是在180原有机型的主机上加装的水剂和高粘度液体充填装置，可用于灌装悬浮剂、乳油、水剂等各种有粘度和无粘度的液体或膏体。
1、 本机采用可编程控制器（PLC）进行控制，触摸屏操作，具有操作简便，生产效率高，适用范围广等特
2、 本机电气控制部分则由PLC可编程电脑控制器，变频调试器等组成，控制能力强，自动化程度高，采用特殊装置，实现成袋伤口无高低错边；能够实现有袋打开就灌装，袋不打开不灌装的智能控制系统，运行可靠。应用触摸屏技术，使机器的操作更可靠、方便，人机界面更加友好。光电传感器、编码器、接近开关等都采用国外品牌，使整机的机电一体化得到了完美的表现。
3、 可进行双联袋包装，多工位灌装，起到防伪作用。
