ZHF-160 高速软管灌装封尾机

ZHF-160软管灌装封尾机配备2个灌装头，一套双支路送管系统
适用于：塑料复合管、铝塑复合管以及金属管（选配）
设备适用范围：
化妆品、轻工（日用化工）、制药、食品等行业,用于企业产品选以软管为包装容器,该设备可将油膏、乳膏、凝胶剂或粘度流体等物料灌装之软管内部,然后对软管尾部折叠封尾并打印字码,制出产成品.
主要特点:
◆传动部分封闭在平台以下，安全可靠，无污染； 
◆灌装封尾部分安装在平台以上半封闭无静电外框可视罩内，易观察、易操作、易保养； 
◆不锈钢轻触开关操作板面； 
◆斜挂式及直挂式管仓，可任选； 
◆弧形扶手装有真空吸附装置，经扶手与压管装置互动后，软管被喂入上管工作站； 
◆光电对标工作站，用高精度探头，步进电机等控制软管图案位于正确位置； 
◆注料结束，空气吹断装置吹掉膏尾； 
◆无管不充填； 
◆封尾温度采用（Leister热风枪）管尾内部加热，外部配置冷却降温装置； 
◆打字码工作站自动将字码打印在工艺要求的位置上； 
◆整形机械手剪切软管尾部成直角或圆角供选择； 
◆故障保警，过载停机； 
◆记数及定量停机；
