ZRJ-300L真空乳化搅拌机
1整机外形尺寸：长×宽×高×全高 3200×2500×2250×3200mm.
2 乳化锅：工作容积300L 材料SUS316L ，电加热及蒸汽加热，水冷却。
3 结构形式：三层结构，上下封头，上封头与罐体用法兰连接。下封头直接与罐体相连，罐体内胆材料为316L。厚度为6mm，内抛光300MESH（卫生级），夹套材料为SUS304，厚度为4mm，工作压力0.3MPa，保温外套为304材质 ，厚度2mm，外抛光300MESH（卫生级），所有焊缝磨平后抛光处理，保温材料，采用PU聚氨脂发泡液工艺。
4 锅内带三套搅拌装置：
1，高速剪切均质乳化，功率5.5KW 转速0-3200r/min（变频调速）
2，回流式框形搅拌浆，功率2.2KW 转速0-70r/min（变频调速）
3，逆向搅拌，刮壁与搅拌浆同一个电机传动 ，转速0-70r/min
5 罐体上主要配件：进料口配有管道过滤器，加料口，吸真空口，无菌呼吸口，带灯带雾刷视镜，温度传感器，CIP清洗器，出料口，安全阀，压力表，负压感应器等装置。
6液压系统：
油箱，油缸，电磁阀，溢流阀，液压回流控制阀等结构。
7 真空系统：
主锅真空泵ZBV2061型，抽气量52㎡/h，电机功率1.5KW。
8 电气控制系统：
触摸屏，LCD显示器，电器元件为西门子产品，变频器为日本松下电工，按钮类采用施耐德公司产品。仪表，传感器，温控仪等采用国内优质产品。乳化，加温，冷却等所需时间，均可用数据输入触摸屏与模块自动控制。
9 密封 密封材料，采用硅橡胶密封垫进行密封。
10 线端接点全部采用压帽工艺连接。
11 本机分两组结构。。
12 外表面的各拐角处全部圆弧过度，手感平滑。
ZRJ-300L Vacuum Emulsification Mixer

4. There are three sets of mixing system in the tank:
1. High speed scissors: power: 5kw; turn speed: 0-3200r/min
2. Overflow frame-shape mixer: power: 2.2kw; turn speed: 70r/min
3. Backwards mixer: 2.2kw; turn speed: 0-70r/min
5. Main parts from the tank: product inlet filter; product fitting inlet; vacuum sucking outlet; germless breath mouth; mirror with light and brush; temperature sensor; CIP cleaner; product outlet; safety valve; pressure meter; negative pressure sensor, etc.
6. Hydraulic pressure system:
Oil box, oil cylinder, electromagnetic valve, overflow control valve.

8. Electric control system:

9. Seals
Material of seals is silicon rubber seals.

11. The machine has two parts, bottom settlings can be fixed on the platform (the stand for oil tank and water tank)
12. Outer surface for each corner is arc shape, and the touch feeling is soft.
