ZRJ-50L真空乳化搅拌机

1整机外形尺寸：长×宽×高×全高 2400×1600×1670×2300mm。
2 乳化锅：工作容积50L 材料SUS316L ，电加热，水冷却。
3 结构形式：三层结构，上下封头，上封头与罐体用法兰连接。下封头直接与罐体相连，罐体内胆材料为316L。厚度为5mm，内抛光300MESH（卫生级），夹套材料为SUS304，厚度为4mm，工作压力0.3 MPa，保温外套为304材质，厚度2mm，外抛光300MESH（卫生级），所有焊缝磨平后抛光处理，保温材料，采用PU聚氨脂发泡液工艺。
4 锅内带三套搅拌装置：
      1，高速剪切均质乳化，功率3KW 转速0-3600r/min（变频调速）
      2，回流式框形搅拌浆，功率0.75KW 转速0-100r/min（变频调速）
      3，逆向搅拌，刮壁与搅拌浆同一个电机传动，转速0-100r/min
5 罐体上主要配件：进料口配有管道过滤器，加料口，吸真空口，无菌呼吸口，带灯带雾刷视镜，温度传感器，CIP清洗器，出料口，安全阀，压力表，负压感应器等装置。
6 预处理锅：（油，水锅）
      水锅容量，45 L；油锅容量45L；各一台，电加热，水冷却。
      结构形式：锅盖半开启式，安装在机架上，带分散刀搅拌，配有自控温度仪装置。
      三层结构：内胆材料为SUS316L，厚度为5mm，内抛光300MESH（卫生级）。中胆材料为SUS304，厚度为4mm，工作压力0.3 MPa，保温外套材料为SUS304，厚度2mm,外抛光300MESH（卫生级），保温层采用PU聚氨脂发泡液工艺。分散刀搅拌功率0.75KW，转速1420r/min，出料口配有卫生级气动放料阀。
7液压系统：
        油箱，油缸，电磁阀，溢流阀，液压回流控制阀等结构。
8 真空系统：
       主锅真空泵ZBV2060型，抽气量32㎡/h，电机功率0.75KW。
9 电气控制系统：
         触摸屏，LCD显示器，电器元件为西门子产品，变频器为日本松下电工，按钮类采用施耐德公司产品。仪表，传感器，温控仪等采用国内优质产品。乳化，加温，冷却等所需时间，均可用数据输入触摸屏与模块自动控制。
10 密封
         密封材料，采用硅橡胶密封垫进行密封。
11 线端接点全部采用压帽工艺连接。
12 本机分两组结构，底脚根据用户要求可以安装带刹的活动轮（油水锅架）。
13 外表面的各拐角处全部圆弧过度，手感平滑。

2. Emulsification Boiler：50L with SUS316L,Heated by electricity and cooled by water
3. Emulsification Boiler Structure: Two jacket structure .the inner deck is SUS316L,5mm thickness and polished in 300MESH.Middle deck is SUS304,4mmThickness and working pressure 0.3Mpa. The outer deck is SUS304,2mm and polished in 300MESH.Heat preservation jacket adopt Polyurethane Foam technics.Stir power is 0.75KW with 1420r/min.Material outlet is with pneumatic discharging valve.the cover is connected with the boiler body by clamp.

4 .Emulsification boiler with 3 sets stirring device:
      a.Homogenizer: 3KW ,0-3600r/min（speed by transducer）
       b. impeller: 0.75KW ,0-100r/min（speed by transducerk）
c. Scraper is conversely running,sharing the same motor with impeller with 0-100r/min

5 Main Parts on the Emulsification Boiler：
the material inlet with the filter,，adding material inlet，Vacuum，vent，Sight glass，Temperature sensor，CIP，material outlet，safty valve，pressure meter，negative pressure sensor ects devices.。

6. Pre-treatment Boiler：（A material Boiler，B material Boiler）
  A and B Boiler: 45L ,heated by electricity ,cooled by water
  Design:the boiler’s cover can be half open.Boilers are with stir and temperature controller.
Two jacket structure ：the inner deck is SUS316L,5mm thickness and polished in 300MESH.Middle deck is SUS304,4mm
