整机全不锈钢:特别适用GMP认证,食品卫生认证,要求抗腐蚀化工等产品的包装.
PLC触摸屏人机界面:PLC工作稳定、抗干扰、称重精度高,触摸屏人机界面操作便捷、直观；称重反馈比重跟踪式,克服了因物料比重变化而致使包装重量发生变化的缺点.
◆充填采用伺服电机驱动:定位准确精度高、扭距大、寿命长、转速可设定.
◆搅拌采用合产免保养减速电机:噪音低、寿命长、终身免保养.
◆包装重量随时无级可调,工作状态随时任意变换,操作便捷.
◆各种产品调整参数配方可储存,备后使用,最多储存10个配方.
◆全密封空气阻尼玻璃不锈钢复合料箱,物料动静一目了然,粉尘不外泄,充填出口有吸尘装置,保护车间环境.
◆更换螺旋附件,能够适应超细粉到大颗粒等多种物料.
