4.2.2 校平机
Leveling machine

b.结构特点:校平辊经调质、镀铬处理后其刚性、表面粗糙度等机械性能大大提高;其由夹送辊及校平辊组成,夹送辊可单独调整,校平上辊采用整体结构,前后设两个调整点,可形成一定的倾斜角度,便于提高校平质量。校平机入料端带有一对导向平辊及两对导向立辊,导向立辊可对中移动及同时移动。手轮调整,带刻度,方便对中。

校平机前后均带有引料过桥装置。校平机与送料器之间设活光电信号,发出反馈信号入控制系统,控制系统发出指令给变频电机变速,以控制储料区中料带的储存量,达到不间断校平的目的。

4.2.7 成型主机
Main forming machine
a. 形式:双悬臂齿轮传动、宽度可调万能成型机整体移动,可快速(腰高和宽度)调换规格;
Type: double hanger gearing drive. Forming width is adjusted by automatic forming wall moving, it also can adjust height quickly.
b. 功能与结构:将冲压切断后的板料经16道次的辊轮,逐渐辊压成成品桥架。由调速交流电机、减速机、高精度滚动直线导轨、左右传动箱、横向调整机构、辊轮组组成。一组辊轮可完成所有规格的桥架成型,更换品种可通过调整左右辊架位置实现。床身及传动箱采用焊接结构,去应力处理;齿轮采用45钢硬齿面;主机结构采用意大利进口技术制造,精度更高。
Insert the sheet plate which already perforated into the machine, through 16 stations to roll as the cable tray. It consists with the speed regulation alternating current machine, reducer, high-precision linear rails, gearbox (left and right side), the crosswise adjusting mechanism and one complete set of rollers. One set of roller can complete all type of the cable tray, type change can through the adjustment of the one side of machine by manual The main body and the gearbox use the welding structure, de-stressing processing; the material of the gear is the 45 steel hard tooth surface. Forming technology of main forming machine is fromItaly , it will guarantee high-precision.
辊轮采用组合结构,速差及成型阻力小,对钢板表面磨损小;轧辊工艺设计采用进口软件,计算机设计,并进行FEA分析,保证制件形状精度,不划伤板料。辊轮采用GCr15锻造,整体淬火后数控加工,硬度可达HRC58-62;具有高强度、高硬度、高精度、使用寿命等特点。

Electric control system
a. 整线采用PLC控制,液晶显示触摸屏,人机界面。实现人与PLC的交互。操作人员通过设定的程序自动运行(可编程控制)并对控制过程进行监控,实现操作人员控制生产线和修改控制参数,并可实时监控设备运行状态,运行参数和故障指示等。 制件长度数字设定,制件长度可调整。实时监控设备运行状态和故障指示。
Full line is controlled by PLC control system with touch screen operation to achieve the human and PLC interactive. The operator can monitor the setting program (programmable control) and modify the parameter to control the line. Also can check the running status, parameter and error indication etc...
b. 操作方式有手动/自动两种。具有手动、自动切换功能:在手动状态下,能进行单机运行,方便维修;在自动状态下,进行全线生产运行,顺序启动;全线设有急停按钮,易于处理紧急事故,保证设备和操作人员安全。

c. 机旁设有手动操作面板方便工人操作。

8、 付款方式:预付款为30%,需方在供验收,供方有义务操作
演示给需方检验,合格后付全款发货。

9, 交货期:收到30%预付款,合同确认无误后120天

10, 售后服务 After service
1) 负责设备的安装、调试,免费培训操作人员。机器到达目的地之后,如买方要求,则卖方派遣2 名工程师到买方工厂指导安装,买方需提供技术人员协助卖方工程师工作。安装期限:大约为7-10天. 卖方工程师出发前,买方应提前准备好铁片及安装地面.培训时间:10天(如买方需要,卖方可以提供现场指导)在卖方工程师出发之前, 买方支付给卖方工程师:往返机票,签证,住宿及饮食 ,解决语言问题,提供从住宿地到工厂的翻译,提供出境保险等等。
The seller takes responsibility to installation and commissioning of the equipment and free training. After machine arrive the destination, by the request of the buyer, the seller will provide 2 technical engineer to guide installation and training, and the buyer should give the technical person with full cooperated.
Installation period: about 7-10 days after the complete preparation by the buyer such as the foundation and all necessary accessories.
Training time: 10 days.
Before departure of the engineers from seller, the buyer should pay the two-way ticket, visa, food, hotel, the translator and insurance are all should provide by buyer with full responsibility.
