一、 概述

维卡仪（Vicat apparatus），也叫水泥稠度凝结时间测试仪。是一种水泥、混凝土行业检测仪器。主要用于检测水泥净浆的标准稠度需水量、凝结时间。

WKY1000智能水泥净浆维卡仪是根据中华人民共和准GB/T 1346-2011《水泥标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性检验方法》中的技术要求和有关规定设计制造的具有自主知识产品的创新型产品，性能完全符合GB/T 1346-2024新标准要求。

本仪器主要适用于硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥、复合硅酸盐水泥以及采用本方法的其他品种水泥。

水泥标准稠度净浆对标准试杆（或试锥）的沉入具有一定阻力。通过试验不同含水量水泥净浆的穿透性，以确定水泥标准稠度净浆中所需加入的水量。

凝结时间是指标准稠度净浆从水泥加入水中拌和时开始，到试针沉入水泥标准稠度净浆至一定深度所需要的时间。
