qubit?(早期称为Quant-iT?)dsDNABR分析试剂盒(Qubit?dsDNABRAssayKit)专门设计用于在Qubit?2.0荧光仪(Q32866),但也可以在任何荧光计或荧光酶标仪中使用。该试剂盒对双链DNA(dsDNA)有高度的选择性，不会定量RNA，可以定量浓度为100pg/?l到1000ng/?l的样品。试剂盒提供了浓缩的分析试剂，稀释缓冲液和预制的DNA标准。您只需用提供的缓冲液稀释试剂，添加样品(体积在1?L到20?L范围内),然后使用Qubit?2.0荧光仪读取浓度。该试剂盒对于常见污染物，如盐，游离的核苷酸，溶剂，去污剂，蛋白质的耐受性极好。
