innodisk msata mini 3me4是基于SATA III 6.0 GB/s闪存的磁盘，采用Marvell NAND控制器，采用innodisk L 3fw架构。升级后的L 3FW架构，将Innodik签名4K映射 L 2FW架构与强大的LDPC技术相结合，通过减少出现的坏块数，使3ME4系列具有高IOPS、更好的数据完整性和延长的使用寿命。内置热传感器和IData防护装置确保工业应用中MSata Mini 3ME4的数据完整性和可靠性。
