该机床采用全数字伺服系统控制，编程简单，适用性强。系统开机对各单元自动检测，全自动润滑，故障自动诊断和过载保护等功能。并实现3轴联动，两轴直线插补，圆弧插补。纵、横向均采用伺服电机控制，通过光点编码器，将位置和速度检测信号反馈到控制系统，定位精确。适用于铝(合金)、铜板、不锈钢板和钢板等多种材料的加工。 The machine is controlled by a full digital servo system with simple programming and high applicability.The system is automatically turned on for automatic detection of each unit, automatic lubrication,automatic fault diagnosis and overload protection. And realize 3-axis linkage, two-axis linearinterpolation, circular interpolation. The servo motor is controlled in both vertical and horizontaldirections. The position and speed detection signals are fed back to the control system through thespot encoder, and the positioning is accurate.
