德氏乳杆菌 ATCC菌种

       德氏乳杆菌是一种革兰氏阳性，长杆，无鞭毛，无芽孢，菌落圆形，乳白色，边缘整齐，化能异养性，兼性厌氧，不液化明胶，可利用纤维二糖，果糖，葡萄糖，蔗糖，海藻糖。接触酶阴性，氧化酶阴性，耐酸，喜温，生长温度30-40℃  。为德氏乳杆菌作为一种D-乳酸发酵菌种，该菌株可以产较高光学纯度的D-乳酸，但其最，佳的发酵温度为37 °C。当培养温度达到40 °C左右时，D-乳酸的产率显著降低。
