KANUO锣牌EM46耐火水-乙二-醇液压传动液。含有抗磨添加剂和防锈剂，特别适用于高压力传动系统，尤其适用于水-乙-二醇液压传动液能够满足系统对防火、液压泵磨损防护及粘度大小要求的场合。

用 途：

　 可用于下述各种液力传动系统：齿轮泵（压力不大于14Mpa）；轴流活塞泵(压力不大于20Mpa);工作温度低于65℃ *注射成型设备 *金属压铸机械 *金属热压机 *焊机 *液压 *液压拉伸机 *窑炉门 *轧钢液压设备(卫渣机、热轧带钢机的下部卷取机、倾卸钢包、连铸设备等）*近火区工作的移动设备

KANUO EM46  Water-glycol fire-resistant fluid containing anti-wear  agents and rust inhibitors for use  in  high  pressure  hydraulic  systems  where  the requirements for fire resistance, pump wear protection and viscosity are satisfied by water-glycol fluids.

*Hydraulic systems with: gear pumps(up to 14  Mpa);  vane pups(up to 14 Mpa); axial piston pups(up to 20 Mpa); operating temperature below 65℃ * lnjection  molding equipment * Metal die ca-sting equipment * Hot metal presses * Welding machines * Hydraulic pressure guns * Hydraulic stretchers * Furnace and oven doors *Steel mill hydraulic equipment(slag granulators,  down coilers in hot strip mills,  tipping ladles, continuous ca-sting equipment,etc.)* Mobile  equipment operating in fire risk areas.

PERFORMANCE

*保证安全，减少火灾隐患：本产品系乙-二醇与水的混合物（含水约40%），它所形成的液雾不会燃烧，所以即使液压传动液软管出现破裂,也不会造成火灾隐患。
*延长液压泵的使用寿命:本产品具有特殊的抗磨损添加剂,可以有效地防止或减少高压泵的磨损,从而延长了液压泵的使用寿命.
*使设备无故障运行:本产品含有有效的防锈添加剂,这使得它不论对系统的传统液淹没段,还是对凝结水积聚的蒸气区都具有良好的防锈能力.因此,采用本产品,可以避免发生严重影响系统工作性能的锈屑污染,使您的设备无故障运行.
*良好的温度性能:乙-二醇/水混合液体的散热能力强,可以有效地控制系统温度,不会出现热斑(即局部过热现象).本产品的冰点低,所以,即使在低温条件下,也不会出现对设备造成极大危害的液压传动液结冻现象

·*Fire resistance for improved safety: Glycol/wate mix (approximately 40% water provides a non-flammable mist or spray so that, should a hydraulic hose  rupture,  the luid will not support combustion

*Long pup life: Special anti-wear agents protect high ressure    pumps from excessive wear,  saving  on  costly repairs.

*Trouble-free operation: Effective rust inhibitors provide ood  rust protection  both  in  the  fluid  immersed sections  of the system and in the vapor spaces where condensed water typically  collects,  thus avoiding rust debris conta-mination which can adversely affect system operating efficiency.

*Goodall-temperature performance: The glycol /water solution enables the fluid to dissipate heat quickly and keep the system temperature in  control,  thereby avoiding hot spots. The low  freezing  point  reduces  the risk of hydraulic fluid freezing in low temperature operation, with subsequent damage to the equipment.
