一、产品的特点
硬质合金喷嘴是用精密喷嘴是用精密机械与硬质合金材料(超硬合金)加工而成的。抗弯曲度 达到2300N/mm，硬度达到HRA90度。在加工硬质合金喷嘴时，我们做到精密磨削加 工和表面处理，实现孔粗糙度为Ra0.1和两端R处粗糙度为Ra0.025。在两个入口处 有一个科学的曲率半径设计。这种设计可以确保螺纹的顺利通过。由于整体材料 加工，在钻孔上没有仰角，相对于红宝石喷嘴，易于弯曲和堵塞现象已改善。 硬质合金喷嘴是由热直孔和丘孔的热压烧结而成。由于它的硬度，低密度和优异的耐磨损和抗腐蚀，硬质合金喷嘴已广泛应用于喷砂和喷丸设备，保证了产品在最佳的空气和磨料中长时间使用。
