Description
COOL CONCENTRATE is a fully synthetic, watermiscible concentrated coolant. The substances it contains passivate the various materials and provide longterm protection against corrosion. When mixed with
water COOL-CONCENTRATE produces a very efficient
coolant, with thermal capacity of only approx. 2% below that of clear water.

Maintenance
Change COOL CONCENTRATE every year. We recommend regular checks of the pH value and concentration to ensure that optimum protection is provided..
Application
Mixture with 11% COOL CONCENTRATE preparing
(e.g. for 100L tank: 11L COOL CONCENTRATE and 89L
tap water). Only use clean containers for preparing the
mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared cooling system immediately.
An average operating temperature of 20 - 25°C will provide very effective long-term protection for elastomers
(e.g. PUR ether) that are sensitive to hydrolysis. These
advantageous conditions can be obtained using a cooling unit.
Storage
Store MOTOREX COOL CONCENTRATE in a sealed
original container at a temperature of 5 – 35°C.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The quality of the mixing water, the preparation of the
mixture, the preparation (cleaning) of the circuit have a
considerable effect on the stability and reliability of
COOL-CONCENTRATE. It is essential to follow the instructions on how to work with this product.
COOL-X ready for use is an alternative product. Guaranteed quality, independent of the local water quality.
