Applicable scope:

Suitable for indoor,outer concrete and wall,also can be used as a paint for anticorrosion coating system.

Construction description:

表面处理：涂装表面应先涂上适当的底漆，同时表面必须保持清洁、干爽并将杂质除去，混凝土、水泥表面必须完全干燥，PH＜10、含水率小于10%。特殊表面的处理方法请向本公司技术部查询。

Recommended paint matching:

steel surface:

Bottom paint: Zinc rich epoxy primer coating one time,reference dosage:6㎡/kg；

Intermediate paint: oily exterior intermediate paint once, dosage: 5㎡/kg;

Surface paint:Face paint：Acrylic enamel or Polyurethane paint、Fluorocarbon topcoatCoated two times，dosage：4㎡/kg;

Cement and concrete surface:

1. steel surface:

Bottom paint:Zinc rich epoxy primer coating once,dosage: 6㎡/kg;

Intermediate paint：Mio epoxy build paintcoating once,dosage：6㎡/kg;

Face paint：Acrylic enamel or Polyurethane paint、Fluorocarbon topcoatCoated two times，dosage：4㎡/kg;

2.Cement and concrete surface:

底漆：环氧封闭底漆一遍，参考用量：10㎡/kg；

Bottom paint: epoxy primer again, dosage: 10㎡/kg;

面漆：氟碳面漆涂一至二遍，参考用量：4㎡/kg（2遍）；

Face paint: fluorocarbon paint coated one to two times, tdosage: 4㎡/kg(2 times);

罩光：氟碳清漆涂一遍，参考用量：8㎡/kg。

Finish: fluorocarbon varnish coated again, dosage: 8㎡/kg.

Construction method:

no air spray, ordinary paint, Metallic paint is best used spray.

Dilute release agent: S0200

(maximum dosage) brush: 10%

No gas spraying: 10%

General spray: 15%

Note:

1）使用前，必须先检查漆基和固化剂比例是否正确。
