NPM是Panasonic新推出的紧随贴片工艺变化的新理念设备。它能够通过各工艺贴装头的配置实现自由化的“Plug & Play”功能从而给用户的生产带来无限的灵活性，并通过贴装和检查的系统连贯，实现高效率和高品质的生产。它继承了CM系列的同一平台，因此与CM系列的硬件通用，其操作采用人性化界面设计，并具有0402(英制01005)-100*90mm元件的对应能力。它还拥有元件厚度检查和基板弯曲检查等功能能够大幅度提高贴装质量，并且完全满足客户对POP、柔性基板等高难度工艺的需求，是手机、笔记本电脑以及其他高端产品加工企业的理想选择。


NPM is new machine concepts evolving with mounting technology changes. Its head-location-free with “Plug & Play” function and configurable modules allow most flexible line setup and higher productivity and quality. Its application hardware is same with other CM series, because of its humanization designation platform same with them. And it places components from 01005 to 100*90mm size, also realizes high-quality placement through high-technology functions, components height sensor and PCB warpage detecting sensor.
