遇水变透明油墨 The water became transparent ink

遇水变透明油墨是水性丝印墨本身呈白色，遇水后变透明，干后还原。由于遇水变透明油墨不含有害物料，已获得EN71-3检测，是一种安全之水性丝印变色墨，适宜印制各式玩具，奇妙画布，不干胶贴纸，啤酒杯垫，雨伞或有趣味玩意。

印刷底材： 可印在纸类，布类(弹性不大)。Printing substrate: can be printed on paper, cloth class not (elastic).

 

印刷方法：可先在底材上以一般柯式或丝印，印上文字或图案（墨色需尽量浅淡）

待图案之油墨干透后，用43-77T/㎝丝网（水性网）将遇水变透明油墨印在图案之表面，若需稀释。可加入小量蒸馏水稀释。遇水变透明油墨干透后会变一层白色的膜将下面图案遮盖。若要加强遮盖力，待遇水变透明油墨丝印墨干后，再加印一层。

遇水油墨属于水性油墨，只能做普通的丝印。

可自然风干或用80-100℃热风吹3-5分钟。 

保质期： 遇水变透明油墨水性丝印墨存放在阴凉之地方，保质期达12个月以上。

加水稀释，加1%-2%左右稀释，再多会起泡。

雨伞布一定要打水性底。

遇水油墨印刷要求：

网纱：瑞士赛花尔、

感光胶：水油两用（春上AD20   田凌80B）、

网版：150-200目

网张力：机器印23钮   手工印21钮、

刮刀：70度（新刮刀）

已涂AB液的网板先用水浸泡15分钟，冲洗干净

网板离台面尽量低，不能过高！

固化剂配比为油墨的5%，先把固化剂和水搅拌均匀（水的配比为油墨的3%-5%）后再加入油墨中搅拌，这样会比较均匀

Net yarn: Switzerland the flower,

Net edition: 150-200 mesh

Web tension: the machine is printed 23 button manually 21 button,

Scraper: 70 degrees (new blade)

Have AB coating liquid sheet first soaked in water for 15 minutes and rinse clean
