PETG材料的高透明,高强度,高光泽及良好的阻隔性能,耐冲击性能,耐摩擦性能,高耐划性和它的耐寒性,耐折性都无疑天生就是饰面板和封边条的上上之选,并且它在弯曲时不泛白,无裂纹,耐火性极佳,不助燃,低发烟量,燃烧后无有害物。

  

PETG高光膜主要优势如下： 

1.耐候性

PETG板材提供了优秀的耐候性。它可以保持产品的坚韧性，防止变黄。它含有紫外线吸收剂，可共挤成一保护层，保护了板材免受紫外线的有害影响。

 

2.加工简便

PETG板材可进行锯切、模切、钻孔、冲孔、剪切、铆接、铣边以及冷弯，不至于破碎。表面的轻微刮痕可用热风枪来消除。溶剂粘接亦是常规操作。它比通用亚克力、抗冲改性亚克力或PC板更易于加工，并可进行植绒、电镀、静电等加工处理。

  

3.优秀的耐化学性能

PETG板材可以耐受多种化学品以及常用的清洁剂。

1）生产线全长160多米，无尘车间，一次性成型，尽量避免了因为人工搬运过多导致的色差、瑕疵、附着力不强，容易起层等问题。生产周期短，出货快，日产量1700张。

基材选用优质欧洲进口榉木为原材料，18mm多层实木夹板环保更耐用。
