PEM Expand Training College is a part of the PEM Management Consultants Ltd in Guangzhou. The college service modules include expand training of trainers (ETCT), expand training, funny games, survival training in the field, the island challenge, orienteering, hiking outdoor and indoor experiential training. We also contract to hold the annual meeting with creative theme and provide training to enterprise to ascend their high-level management ability. Our goal is to build China’s most professional cradle of experiential trainers. The founder is China’s earliest development training instructors, and he provides quality services and solutions for different areas of business in long-term. Such as, development strategies, leadership skills, team building, customer services, human resources and corporate culture.

Since 1998, Pemer founded PEM International Expand Training College by the love of experiential training industry, and developed a series of new forms, creative, challenging and practical training courses in senior management capacity building and staff training. In 18 years, we expanded the experiential training industry brand, and won the recognition by customers. Nowadays, we have fostered a large number of excellent trainers. It plays an important role in the rapid development of industry.

In recent years, we also have imported the Confucius into experiential training, and have set merges Confucian music teaching mode with outdoor training. As a result, the training effect achieved success and accepted by enterprise. Now, the way is the first experience of training in China.
