  CBS Electrostatic oiler was designed to improve corrosion resistance and attractiveness of saw

blades, saw bands and metal bands and capable of achieving the state that there is oil in visual 

check but no oil by touching and meeting the requirement that no rust is produced in salt mist test 

for more than 20h.

5. 高压电源系统--用于油雾的荷电及油雾的静电吸附作用；

6. 供油系统--包括供油箱，过滤器及加热器；

7. 精密计量泵--用于计量不同速度，涂油宽度及涂油量需求下的供油量；

8. 控制系统--HMI设置，PLC自动控制；

9. 油雾回收系统--避免油雾外溢，同时收集的油雾可以循环利用

10. 废油回收系统—将未吸附的油收集过滤后再循环使用
