iHeir - ECO products is used to protect a variety of plastic materials from attack and degradate by microorganisms.Antibacterial plastic technology is not use for the surface but developed by the materials engineering team.It is  directly into the material.Compared with the surface of the application, this method  has many advantages. The antibacterial ingredients was distributed  evenly throughout the processing part or object. So,our protection of antibacterial plastic product will not be wear off and the function won’t be distrubed while the surface was intact.Even if the materia has just approched surface ,it was still to proctect the surface.Therefore,iHeir-ECO is very durabe and strong.Compared with other antibacterial plastic technology ,iHeir won’t crack and fall off with time gradually.

iHeir-ECO (Plastic Anti-Bacteria Agent )is a kind of high efficient bacteria inhibitor, who has a large range to antibacteria,like inhibiting the growth of  gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria .Because of low speed of moving and high activity, its antibacterial performance is superiored in plastic products.There is a proper balance between the material compatibility and migration rate.iHeir ECO is suitable for all materias don't need baking .If needing to bake,it have better to granulate.In addition,the thermal stability of iHeir-ECO can  up to 300 ℃.

将抗菌塑料保护融入到保护流程非常简单。iHeir-ECO将活性抗菌成分合成到塑料母料中，然后加入到塑化流程中，并将添加剂小药丸与普通原材料进行混合，按照正常方式制造出产品。这样会使抗菌塑料添加剂的处理更安全，而且更容易使用。iHeir工程师使用多种材料，从塑料（聚烯烃、ABS、PS、交联塑料 [例如尿烷、bing xi酸和聚酯]、工程树脂 [例如 PC、软聚氯yi xi、硅和橡胶]）到粉末涂层材料，甚至是水泥状材料（例如灌浆）。我们拥有超过20种不同的活性成分可供选择，因此可以针对具体问题定制抗菌塑料解决方案，我们所出售的抗菌剂并非只有一两种。

包装规格Packaging specifications

iHeir-ECO塑料抗菌剂采用30KG 纸桶包装，请将本产品放在阴凉干燥的地方，且儿童不宜接触，避免接触到口、鼻、眼睛等，如接触到眼睛或口鼻，请立即用大量清水冲洗。

iHeir-ECO Plastic Anti-Bacteria Agent|(Intusty-grade)packaging uses （weight:30 kg) fiber can whose liner is vinyl bag ,or packaging according to the cilent.Please put the product in a cool, dry place where under a normal temperature.In addition,keep away from children . Don’t  touch the mouth, nose, eyes, etc.If access to the eyes or nose and mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of water, please.

注意事项：本产品属于环保产品,但不排除个别人会产生过敏现象,因此建议使用橡胶手套和口罩操作,若不慎皮肤与药剂接触,可使用肥皂水清洗,产品若滴入眼中,应立即使用清水冲洗,若比较严重者,建议立即就医.
