钙锌稳定剂：为 PVC 高速挤出和高填充开发的专用钙锌稳定剂。并可制作纯白塑料制品。

Calcium zinc stabilizer:a special stabilizer is suitable for PVC high speed extrusion and highly filling.it also can be used to produce pure white product.

应用：PVC 的硬质挤出产品,符合 ROSH 标准制作符合出口的无铅环保PVC 挤出产品,典型应用百叶窗,篱笆,卷帘。

Application:solid PVC product, meet ROSH standard and can produce lead free environmentally PVC product for export.

配方简单稳定：PVC：75；碳酸钙： 75-125；钙锌稳定剂：5.5-6.5；PE 蜡 0.0-0.6钛白粉及色粉:适量.该配方具有光洁的表面,高的填充比例,以及高的挤出速度（百叶窗叶片挤出可达到 28M/分钟）

Formula is simple and steady:PVC:75 ,Calcium Carbonate:75~125,Calcium-zinc stabilizer:5.5~6.5,PE-WAX:0~0.6,Titanium dioxide and pigment:moderate.this formula has the function of cleaning surface,higher filling proportion,and high extrusion speed(slats of shutters speed can reach 28m/min)

性质：钙锌体系需配用专用复合润滑及相关助剂,效果更佳。

加工性：良好的初期着色及长期热稳定性。
