一、悬辊制管工艺 ：采用干硬性混凝土，管壁混凝土结构均匀，抵抗荷载能力良好；混凝土标号通常为C30、C40；成型时的噪音比离心工艺有所减小，操作现场的环境比离心工艺干净一些；缺点是做小口径管时要增加壁厚才能满足抗渗要求；离心工艺的一些其它缺点悬辊工艺同样存在。
二、芯模振动工艺：此工艺采用半干硬性混凝土，立式布料内模振动并径向挤压成型，成型时通过对内模振动力和振幅的调整，以最佳的振动力密实混凝土，从而得到C50高强度的管体混凝土，使管道的抗荷载能力和抗渗性能较离心和悬辊工艺有明显增强。
三、离心制管工艺：采用塑性混凝土，成型后管壁结构是分层的，影响了混凝土的抗荷载能力；混凝土标号通常为C30，也可以做到C40，但管口的混凝土强调是低于管身的，不适合做顶管；成型时管模横卧在离心机上高速旋转，钢筋网随之运动，会出现两种影响管材使用寿命的情况：1、钢筋网有焊点不牢固时就会出现跑筋和漏筋现象，使管身局部出现无筋状态，

2、成型后钢筋网很难居中，钢筋网是偏心的，也就是钢筋网的保护层不均匀；此工艺需要大量的模具来保证产量，每个模具的尺寸是存在偏差的，对开式模具长时间拆装使用也会出现较大变形，因此导致了管材的圆度、管口垂直度、管径尺寸和管长尺寸等偏差较大，影响工程的安装质量，出现渗漏将导致路面下陷，对管线两侧的土壤和地下水造成污染。
