钐钴磁铁，是一种稀土磁铁，是钐、钴和其他稀土金属材料经一定配比，熔炼成合金，经粉碎，压制、烧结制成一种磁性材料。具有高磁能积，耐高温，最高工作温度可达到350℃，低温不限，在工作温度180℃以上，其最大磁能积（BHmax）、矫頑力（coercivity）、温度稳定性和化学稳定性均超过钕铁硼永磁。
钐钴具有强抗腐蚀和抗氧化性，所以被广泛应用于航空航天、国防军工、微波器件，医疗设备、通讯设施、仪器仪表、电机、传感器、磁力起重器以及磁性传动装置等。
