Structure Features
钢板焊接的机架，经进口加工中心加工，强度高，刚性优良、精度保持性超群。 
After welding,the body is machined with the fixture installed only one time. It is processed by imported CNC pentahedron processing center ensuring high rigidity and processing accuracy.

液压系统

采用德国进口的集成式减压系统，减少管路安装，克服泄露，提高机床的稳定性，使机床的外形美观、简洁。

传动系统
Feeding System
采用THK、HIWIN等国际性大公司生产的直线导轨、滚珠丝杠传动的高速、大行程后挡料(1000mm)．速度高达300mm/s，定位精度高。
The high speed and large stroke backguage is made of the most advanced precision linear guideway and ballscrew with its speed up to 300mm/s and the maximum rear stopping stroke up to 1000mm.

刀 具
Blade
采用四面刃口的高质量剪切刀片，极大的提高了刀具的使用寿命。
The shearing blade with four edges is featured with long life,much longer than usual machine。

Suppoyter
加工薄而长的板料时，配备后托料，可自动托起板材，减轻劳动强度，提高加工精度。
The pneumatic rear support is optional for processing,long and thin plates to improve the accuracyand reduce workload.

剪切角及滑块行程
Shear Angle and Ram Stroke
通过自动编程可轻易地调整剪切角度，以减小因剪切产生的工件扭曲变形。
剪切行程自动调整，实现对短小工件的快速精确剪切，提高生产效率。
The automatic programming is carried out to adjust the shearing angle easily to reduce the workpiece deformation as a result of shearing plates of different length.
The ram stroke can also be adjusted automatically to realize fast and accurate shearing of short workpieces and improve productivity.
