FOUNDRY-MASTER Smart台式直读光谱仪技术参数

 

FOUNDRY-MASTER Smart台式光谱仪用于黑色/金属样品元素定量分析的仪器。光学系统采用CCD检测器，光谱范围覆盖黑色，有色金属典型材料，全新数字光源，仪器装备有氩气冲洗火花台，开放式设计火花台适合不同形状和尺寸的样品分析。
