一、产品简介：

锤式破碎机是直接将最大粒度为600-1800毫米的物料破碎至25或25毫米以下的一段破碎用破碎机。锤式破碎机适用于在水泥、化工、电力、冶金等工业部门破碎中等硬度的物料，如石灰石、炉渣、焦碳、煤等物料的中碎和细碎作业。锤式破碎机主要是靠冲击能来完成破碎物料作业的。锤式破碎机工作时，电机带动转子作高速旋转，物料均匀的进入破碎机腔中，高速回转的锤头冲击、剪切撕裂物料致物料被破碎，同时，物料自身的重力作用使物料从高速旋转的锤头冲向架体内挡板、筛条，大于筛孔尺寸的物料阻留在筛板上继续受到锤子的打击和研磨，直到破碎至所需出料粒度最后通过筛板排出机外。

 

Hammer crusher, is widely used for mining, smelting, building material, road, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc. Especially it is suitable for crushing limestone and medium hardness stones with compression strength less than 200Mpa. Hammer crusher is directly 600-1800 mm maximum particle size of the material crushed to 25 or 25 mm below a broken crusher. Hammer crusher's advantages are: large crushing ratio (typically 10-25, the higher up to 50), high production capacity, product uniformity, less excessive phenomenon, low energy consumption per unit of product, simple structure, light weight equipment, operation and maintenance easy and so on.

 

二、工作原理：

Operating Principle

 

锤式破碎机主要是靠冲击能来完成破碎物料作业的。锤式破碎机工作时，电机带动转子作高速旋转，物料均匀的进入破碎机腔中，高速回转的锤头冲击、剪切撕裂物料致物料被破碎，同时，物料自身的重力作用使物料从高速旋转的锤头冲向架体内挡板、筛条，大于筛孔尺寸的物料阻留在筛板上继续受到锤子的打击和研磨，直到破碎至所需出料粒度最后通过筛板排出机外。

 

The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw material sent to the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size. There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will bescreened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement.
